CM Care Record Virtual Guided Tours

To support the transition to the latest version of the CM Care Record, Virtual Guided Tours have been arranged. These sessions provide an overview of the CM Care Record’s key features, with a focus on enhancements to navigation, accessibility, and overall performance.

The sessions are suitable for both existing users preparing for the update and those new to the CM Care Record. They are designed to help attendees build confidence in accessing and using the record effectively in day-to-day practice.

The sessions will be delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams on the dates detailed below. Each session will include a demonstration of the updated CM Care Record, an introduction to new features, and time for questions.

• Monday 16 March 2026 at 10.00am to 10.30am
• Monday 16 March 2026 at 3.00pm to 3.30pm
• Monday 23 March 2026 at 1.00pm to 1.30pm
• Tuesday 24 March 2026 at 3.00pm to 3.30pm
• Wednesday 25 March 2026 at 12.00pm to 12.30pm
