CM Care Record Update

The latest update of the CM Care Record, called Version 4 (pictured below), introduces a more user-friendly interface with improvements to navigation, accessibility and overall performance, providing a smoother and more intuitive experience. 

All existing information will remain available but the new design aims to make it quicker and easier for you to access what you need. Share2Care (eXchange) will be accessible from the CM Care Record as a clickable tile in addition to real-time GP data via GP Connect
