Some health and care organisations in Cheshire and Merseyside already share and view information through the CM Care Record, and both data sharing and access are continuing to expand.  

Our Data Visibility Guide outlines what information is currently shared by participating organisations in Cheshire and Merseyside and who can view this information. This offers essential insight into the current scope and limitations of the data within the CM Care Record. Understanding this is crucial for effectively using the available information. 

Please note that some organisations may have access to additional health and care information through access to Share2Care (eXchange) and GP Connect.
