The CM Care Record (CMCR) – previously known as the Cheshire and Merseyside Connected Care Record – enables authorised health and care professionals to securely view relevant information from other organisations across the region, supporting timely, informed and coordinated care for the people they support.

If your organisation can view information through the CM Care Record, the sections below explain how to access and use the system. You can also find further information about the planned update to the CM Care Record, due to go live in early 2026. This update will introduce a more user-friendly interface, with improved navigation, enhanced accessibility and better overall performance.
